We are a company founded in 2019 that offers advanced technologies and solutions based on fiber optics technology. We rely on our many years of know-how and experience in the field of research, development and production of optical fibers made of various glasses and polymers. Our goal is to make photonics more accessible and usable for as many applications as possible.

Special fibers such as microstructured glass fibers or so-called photonic crystal fibers (PCF) belong to the segment of the high-tech photonics industry, which rightly counts among the key technologies of the 21st century. It forms our core technology with which we offer solutions for a wide range of business areas, including the railway, oil and gas, laser and telecommunications industries as well as for customers from the metrology, medical, aerospace and scientific institutions.

We understand the full potential of fiber solutions and how to use them to solve any business challenge, creating entirely new solutions. We manufacture both prototypes and small to medium-sized series. In addition to optical fibers, we offer fiber optic sensors, optoelectronic systems and machines for manufacturing optical fibers. We also offer installation, training and after-sales support for all our products.

PLANNING & PRODUCTION

We control all steps from planning, design, development, production to delivery and offer training and comprehensive support. Extensive preparations and coordination with the customer are a matter of course for us and guarantee the best results. Our offer is rounded off with a wide variety of services in the areas of measurement, testing and characterization. This is how we ensure that our products meet the quality requirements and wishes of our customers.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing methods, coupled with our in-house manufactured fiber drawing towers, allow for the widest variety of optical fibers. Anything is possible, from a wide variety of fiber structures made from a wide variety of glasses to polymers combined with various fiber coatings. In addition, everything is manufactured in a clean laboratory in a clean room environment.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

We conduct our application and market-oriented research and product development in Bavaria, in the heart of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. With nine universities, seventeen colleges and eight research institutions related to photonics, Bavaria is the world leader in basic and application-oriented research in the field of optical technologies and thus offers ideal framework conditions for us as a company. All of our customers benefit from this, as they receive state-of-the-art solutions that are precisely tailored to their needs.
